LA has been unseasonably warm for the last week and it has made get-healthy resolutions seem easy! Sunny mornings are perfect for neighborhood walks and fresh no-cook meals are all I seem to want. I normally drink a lot of water but the sunny weather and the citrus overload begs for spa water.
Cucumber, lemon and mint water is great but needed an update: rosemary and orange infused water. Simply cut a few fresh sprigs of rosemary, cut a few orange slices and add to a pitcher. Pour in filtered water and stash in the fridge for at least an hour to infuse.
