Last week, I visited the studio of the amazing artist, Kristen Morgin. Her partner, Julie (also an incredible artist), showed me around their warehouse filled with intricate sculpture. But before I arrived, M insisted I stop at Eatalian - also a warehouse but filled with Italian pastries, cappuccino, a pizza oven as well as a fresh pasta and mozzarella factory. The location is completely unexpected but it is worth the trek!
I brought Julie a few treats and got fresh pasta for M and J for lunch.... It was sculpture and gnocchi heaven....
Fresh pasta AND sculpture? How could you go wrong?
