Last weekend, Angela, J and I went to the opening of the Paul Thek exhibition at the Hammer Museum. A seriously undervalued artist, the exhibition is a clear retrospective of a diverse body of work that includes sculpture, installation, works on newspaper and works on canvas. The clincher is the last room - a recreation of the artist's final exhibition in New York in the late 1980's. Add it to the holiday weekend plans!
